If upon assessment, a hearing aid is recommended, hearing aids must be quoted before the campaign end date to receive the 20% off.

By registering your interest for a Free Sound Experience, you will be offered a free hearing test to assess your hearing health and a free consultation with our clinician to discuss your findings with you. If the hearing test shows that hearing aids may be of benefit to you, you will then be offered a Free Sound Experience at one of our bloom™ hearing specialist clinics nearest to you.

6. Any hearing aid costs must be paid by the member first and then claimed for reimbursement, which will be determined by UniMed and the level cover of your plan benefit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS AT 11^th November 2019

1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY 
   1. This ‘Refer A Friend’ promotion (RAFP) is offered by bloom™ hearing Limited (NZBN 9429030584259) of PO Box 46- 323 Herne Bay, Auckland New Zealand 1010 (bloom™).
   2. The Offer is valid for one (1) $100 Gift Card to be delivered to an existing bloom™ hearing specialist customer when they refer a new customer (Referred Customer) to a bloom™ hearing specialist clinic. The referred customer must complete a Hearing Health Check appointment with any bloom™ hearing specialist clinic and quote the Existing Customer’s name and contact details before the booking or at the appointment.
   3. The program will not allow customers under the age of 50 years of age to claim a $100 gift card if they have normal hearing
   4. If you are an existing bloom hearing customer, you can refer anyone to a bloom hearing clinic for an appointment to be eligible for this offer (referee customer)
   5. Subject to clause 1(4), this offer is only open to: Existing bloom™ hearing specialist customers in New Zealand (Existing Customer) who has previously completed at least one (1) appointment at a bloom™ hearing specialist clinic.
   6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Referred Customer must be a new customer (not a previous or existing bloom™ customer). An Existing Customer may make referrals to an unlimited number of Referred Customers. This is not available to employees of bloom™.
2. TAKING UP THE OFFER

An Existing Customer can receive a $100 Gift Card when:

1. A New Customer (Referred Customer) contacts bloom™ hearing specialist after being referred by an Existing Customer and completes a Hearing Health Check appointment with any bloom™ hearing specialist clinic.
2. The referred customer completes a bloom hearing appointment and presents with a hearing loss;
3. The Referred Customer must book within the Promotional period book and complete a free hearing health check appointment with any bloom™ clinic in New Zealand (Appointment); and
   (iv) the Referred Customer must quote the Existing Customer’s full name, email and phone number at the time of booking the Appointment and / or at end of the Appointment (Full Details). If the Referred Customer cannot provide Full Details which match the Existing Customer's details on the bloom™ system, the referral will not be valid.

3. ISSUING OF THE $100 GIFT CARD

1. The Existing Customer will receive one (1) $100 Gift Card via a tracked delivery service to their residential address given to bloom™ hearing specialist. Delivery of the $100 Gift Card may take up to four (4) weeks from the time the Referred Customer has completed their appointment.
2. If bloom™ hearing specialists cannot offer a $100 Gift Card due to events beyond its reasonable control, it will contact the customer and offer a reasonably comparable substitute to the Gift Card.

4. PRIVACY

1. bloom™ hearing specialists will handle Existing Customers’ and New Customers’ Personal Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.bloomhearing.co.nz/en-nz/footer-content/privacy-policy
2. bloom™ hearing specialists will not provide the Existing Customer with any information relating to a Referred Customer, except for the fact that a Referred Person has completed a Hearing Health Check appointment and that the Existing Customer is therefore entitled to receive a $100 Gift Card from bloom™ hearing specialists, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

1. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, except for clause 3(2), bloom™ hearing specialists may:
   1. Suspend or withdraw all or any part of this offer for any reason and at any time; 
      and/or
   2. Vary the terms or content of all or any part of this offer including (without limitation) any time or date in this offer and these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent permitted by law bloom™ hearing specialists will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the offer of the $100 Gift Card.

• Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this promotion, you must book and attend a hearing assessment at the specified Bloom Hearing Specialist store prior to the campaign end date as outlined on the marketing materials. If hearing aids are recommended during the assessment, they must be quoted before the campaign end date to receive the 20% discount.
• Age Restriction: This offer is not valid for customers under the age of 26.
• Cash Exchange: This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. Bloom Hearing Specialists reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes, or unforeseen circumstances as it sees fit, and its decision will be final and binding.
• Verification Requirement: This offer is only valid for Bloom Hearing customers who present relevant cards, letters, or promotional materials as specified in the marketing materials.

 

Members of the SuperGold card as entitled to 20% off selected hearing aids in all bloom hearing specialists clinics across New Zealand. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers currently available in bloom™ hearing specialists clinics. This offer is valid to the person who holds a valid SuperGold card membership. This offer excludes technology levels from WIDEX MOMENT 110, MOMENT 220.

1. Offer Details:
• Receive $100 off hearing aids when you purchase them on the same day as your hearing assessment at bloom hearing specialists stores in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Eligibility:
• To be eligible for this promotion, you must attend a hearing assessment and purchase new hearing aids from a bloom hearing specialist before the offer end date.
