Phone consultations are just like your regular appointments - conducted over a phone call with your hearing specialist.
We can help you with:
- Emergency issues
- Annual hearing aid check ups
- Discuss upgrade options
- Renew batteries and maintenance
- Help with any hearing aid issues and do minor adjustments
All you need is a phone. A mobile phone or a good old landland would work just fine!
If you have a Concession card or Southern Cross membership number, please have it handy when you have your phone consultation.
