COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

COVID-19 Update: All Clinics Are Open

UPDATED: 14 May 2020

Government Update

The Government has announced New Zealand will be moving to Alert Level 2 from Thursday 14 May.

All our clinics have now reopened and will remain open for at least two weeks.

You can find the opening hours of your nearest clinic here or give us a call on 0800 522 422 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm).

We will continue to remain vigilant and abide by physical distancing guidelines as well as implementing strict infection control processes as per Government and Ministry of Health guidelines.

Upcoming Appointments

If you have an upcoming appointment, we look forward to seeing you in our clinics again.

If you would like to book an appointment, you can:

Since we have not been able to open our clinics since since 24 March, we will do our best to assist as many and as quickly as we can once we re-open.

Before Visiting Your Clinic

If you are attending an appointment or planning to visit a clinic, we encourage you to:

  • Call your clinic if you would usually drop in. We may be able to assist you over the phone instead. Your can find the contact details of your nearest clinic here.
  • Visit the clinic only if you are well and are not experiencing cold or flu symptoms, such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, sneezing or runny nose, or loss of sense of smell.
  • Follow Government advice and remain in self-isolation for 14 days if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

If you are unable to attend your appointment time for any reason, we are happy to reschedule any appointments to a later date. Please call us on 0800 522 422 or your local clinic if you have any questions or concerns.

Increased Safety Measures

We have introduced a range of measures to ensure the safety of both our customers and team members when we re-open on Thursday 14 May.

These measures go above and beyond advice provided by the Ministry of Health.

  • We will contact you before your appointment to ensure you are in good health and haven’t had contact with a probable or confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • You will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands on entry.
  • Our team members will be washing and sanitising their hands at regular intervals throughout the day.
  • We will be cleaning all surfaces regularly, before and after each appointment.
  • Our team members will be wearing protective equipment including masks. These protective equipment will be available to you where necessary. Other protective equipment including gloves and face shields may be used depending on the type of appointment you are attending.
  • We will be maintaining safe distance levels in our reception areas and will be minimising contact between our team and our clients during appointments as much as possible.
  • We will be limiting the number of people in clinic. If you are attending an appointment, please come into clinic 5 minutes before your appointment time and only bring one support person if necessary.
  • We will have a sign-in sheet for every person visiting our clinics.
