COVID-19 Update:

Our clinics within the Northland, Auckland region and Hamilton area are now available under the alert level 3 guidance for contactless drop off services, and remote care services available. Some of our Auckland clinics will be operating on reduced clinic hours and we encourage you to call the clinic before attending.

All clinics outside of the Northland, Auckland region and Hamilton area continue to be open for face to face and remote care appointment.

Our clinics utilise the required PPE as per the guidance provided by the Ministry of Health. QR posters are available for contact tracing, as well as a paper based contact tracing process should you require this.

We ask all customers visiting our clinics to follow the government advice regarding face coverings when visiting a healthcare practice. Please ensure to bring and wear a face covering when entering one of the clinics, if you have an exemption for a face covering please inform one of our friendly team members when you arrive at the clinic. If you don’t have a face covering we are happy to provide one for you.

If you are not felling 100% well, we ask that you contact our clinic before you arrive so we can reschedule your appointment.

Before Visiting Your Clinic

If you are attending an appointment or planning to visit a clinic, we encourage you to:

  • Call your clinic if you would usually drop in. We may be able to assist you over the phone instead. You can find the contact details of your nearest clinic here.
  • Visit the clinic only if you are well and are not experiencing cold or flu symptoms, such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, sneezing or runny nose, or loss of sense of smell.
  • Follow Government advice and remain in self-isolation for 14 days if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or returned from international travel.
  • Follow Government advice regarding face masks and contact tracing.
