COVID-19 Update: Our Clinics Are Open

bloom hearing specialists monitor and follow government advice regarding COVID-19 alert levels. Below please find relevant information that may be important to your appointment.

Please contact your nearest clinic to check if there has been any change to operating hours. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 0800 522 422 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm).

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the clinic. Instead, please call the clinic and we will be able to provide the appropriate advice for your hearing needs.

We will continue to remain vigilant and abide by the Government and Ministry of Health guidelines.

Before Visiting Your Clinic

If you are attending an appointment or planning to visit a clinic, we encourage you to:

  • Call your clinic if you would usually drop in. We may be able to assist you over the phone instead. Your can find the contact details of your nearest clinic here.
  • Visit the clinic only if you are well and are not experiencing cold or flu symptoms, such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, sneezing or runny nose, or loss of sense of smell.
  • Follow Government advice and remain in self-isolation for 14 days if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

If you are unable to attend your appointment time for any reason, we are happy to reschedule any appointments to a later date. Please call us on 0800 522 422 or your local clinic if you have any questions or concerns.

Using remote care technology, you can have your hearing aid adjusted and/or fitted remotely. You can request this service by completing the form below.
