We have a range of different roles in our clinics in New Zealand. We also offer full time, part time and casual options.
Front of clinic staff – you are the first impression of the clinic! You are the one greeting our customers by name and asking them how they are. You put them at ease if they are a little nervous and make sure to speak to their significant other as well. You hep them fill out any paperwork and get them ready for their appointment. You are also the friendly voice on the phone, inviting them in to their annual check-up or a follow up appointment.
Clinician – understanding the needs of your customers and finding the right solution is the core of what you do. We offer you plenty of training and development opportunity to ensure you are on top of new products and technology. We also offer coaching to support your day to day engagement with customers.
