Hearing Care Coordinator
You create the first impression of the clinic! You are the one greeting our customers by name and asking them how they are, putting them at ease if they are a little nervous and making sure to speak to their significant other as well. Our customers appreciate your help to fill out any paperwork and you can assist with explaining the hearing care process and sharing information about our products - even helping with quick repairs or maintenance queries. It is your friendly voice on the phone, helping customers to make their next appointment.
Understanding the needs of our customers and finding the right solution is the core of what we do. You can confidently use your professional expertise, to understand the customer’s needs and expectations.
