How long does it take to get hearing aids?

1. Same-day hearing aid fitting 
   
   

   In many cases, you can leave your initial appointment with hearing aids fitted and ready to use.

   Thanks to our Test. Advise. Fit. Go. approach, you can:

   • Have a comprehensive hearing assessment

   • Receive expert advice on the most suitable hearing aids for your lifestyle

   • Have your chosen hearing aids fitted and programmed on the spot

   This means you could begin your journey to clearer hearing right away.



2. Custom-made hearing aids
   
   

   If a custom-made solution is better suited to your hearing needs—such as an in-the-ear (ITE) style—please allow 1 to 2 weeks.

   This time allows for:

   • Taking impressions of your ears during your appointment

   • Crafting and programming your custom hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance

   
   
3. Delivery and & ongoing support
   
   

   Once your hearing aids are ready, we’ll book a fitting appointment to ensure everything feels just right.

   And it doesn’t stop there—our friendly team is here for follow-up care, adjustments, maintenance, and any questions you may have down the track.
